With compassion and empathy, Jessica brings extensive experience helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma, and major life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum experiences, and the emotional challenges that can accompany these stages of life. Jessica creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and personal growth while guiding them through difficult relationship transitions and helping them communicate their needs and boundaries with greater clarity and confidence. Through empathy, active listening, and collaborative support, Jessica empowers clients to build healthier, more fulfilling connections and is dedicated to making the therapeutic process feel approachable, seamless, and supportive. She views healing as an ongoing journey and considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients every step of the way.

When working with children and adolescents, Diandra collaborates with families when appropriate, helping to strengthen support both within and outside of therapy. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, she helps clients gain insight, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful change. Diandra believes that increased self-awareness and self-compassion can create lasting change, helping clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

With a specialty in sports psychology, Aaron works with youth and adult athletes, as well as individuals in high-performance environments, to strengthen mindset, build confidence, improve focus, and effectively manage pressure. As both an athlete and coach, he brings firsthand insight into the mental and emotional demands of performance, competition, and personal growth. Whether on the field, in the classroom, or in the workplace, he helps clients develop skills that translate across all areas of life. Drawing on his experience as both a therapist and educator, Aaron brings a unique understanding of the academic, developmental, and performance-related challenges many individuals face. He also works with clients navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth, helping them build self-awareness, overcome obstacles, and perform at their fullest potential.
